Life is like a Carrousel

Life really is a little bit like a carrousel isn't it - round and round and up and down.

My life definitely feels like a carrousel, but that's ok because carrousels are suppose to be fun, aren't they?

Well if you're going to be on a carrousel, it might as well be a Louis Vuitton one.

Celebrity House - Ashley Madekwe

I have become addicted to Revenge {thanks Nick}. I love everything about it - the fashion, the characters, the story lines and of course the gorgeous houses they all live in, great set design on this show.

One of the characters on the show is Ashley Davenport, a social climber who organises events in the Hamptons is played by British actress Ashley Madekwe.

I first saw her in Secret Diary of a Call Girl but I prefer her character on Revenge much more. 

Ashley recently made the move to LA for her new role and into this beautiful apartment in Hancock Park.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I just love all the elements of it. 

It has that bit of glam and sophistication. 

Modern but old. 

So, so pretty.

Bedroom inspiration ...

This bedroom from the blog Breakfast at Toast was featured in the lastest Rue magazine.

I'm inspired because a) it's white, b) I have that same doona cover, c) it's fairly simple and d) it's just pretty and girly but not too much so.

Love this picture as you enter into the bedroom

 

I like the side table as it adds a little gold to the room

 

Such a nice cushion, I like that it adds some colour to the space

Mmmm, it's making me rethink my bedroom!

Swedish Apartment

So last time we toured an apartment in Manhattan but now we're travelling over to
