Patterned Rugs - West Elm

I'm on the search for a new rug for my bedroom.

A few elements this rug must have is :

    • Colour - my room has a lot of white and I want to inject some colour
    • Pattern - not too busy but with a clear pattern
    • Light - not a heavy rug, something quite light
    • Price - it can't be too expensive

So I've been scouring the net and I have to say so far (and I'm not close to finishing my search yet) are the ones at West Elm. The ones below are meeting the checklist of must haves ....

I love this one, I think this is going to be it!

What do you think, do you like any of these?
Which is your favourite?

  1. West Elm always has such lovely things. The rug in shades of rose is a beautiful choice. I also love the yellow one (top image) and the blue one in the bottom right corner of the last image.

    1. Yes, I also really like the blue one in the bottom image but I think I will go for the pinky one. Thanks for your opinion xx

    1. Yeah, that one is cool but I thought about it after I posted it I have a huge black and white stripe one for the living area so I probably really should go for something with colour! Thanks tho xx

  3. No. 5 is my fav, and I also like the first one. In fact, they're all great. I've fallen hard for the West Elm Kasbah Wool Rug, and am trying to work out how to get one to me in NZ! Might have to make a trip to Sydney. x

    1. Me too Vic, love the Kasbah rug it was just starting to get a little too pricey for me though. There must be a way you can get it over to NZ :) xx

  4. I love No. 4 (the brownish-orange one). I think it will fit perfectly in a predominantly white room. Not sure how much it will cost, though.
